TEXT

The current pedestrian streets have undergone a long period of gradual deterioration.
It is not that they lack ideas or features; rather, over the decades, what already existed has been neglected. More than adding or designing new elements, the actions we consider priorities are:

  1. Carrying out an accurate diagnosis of the causes of deterioration.
  2. Ensuring that every new action and decision concerning them stops the decline and helps restore them to a better previous condition.

Instead of sporadic and short-lived interventions, the proposed actions will bear fruit in the medium and long term, but their effects will be lasting and will continue to strengthen over time. Just as we now see the result of a slow process of deterioration, their rebirth can begin today, though it too will be gradual with small but steady steps, sustainable over time, building a shared future.
