The proposal prioritizes an understanding of the urban dimension of the design challenge, identifying the optimal location along Bartolomé Mitre Street. It extends and enhances the presence of the building’s main façade, while also avoiding, in the new auditorium, the issue of noise pollution from the Tren del Valle that runs through the park.
