TEXT
The site is located in a low density residential area on the outskirts of Rosario city. On one side has a row of aged cypress trees. The access is situated alongside these trees. The programmatic requirements and site’s constraints led to reworking the typology of house-yard, whose diagram of cloister is modified in order to:
1. access to the house through the courtyard.
2. generate an opened veranda towards the garden and the north.
3. locate a room with a differentiated entrance upstairs.
4. allocate a service volume for the pool.
